Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and regular checks to ensure all forex/securities trades are processed and trade statements are successfully sent to respective clients.
- Ensure timely daily reporting to clients and fund administrators.
- Follow up and work closely with counterparties and custodians on settlement and failed trade issues/discrepancies.
- Testing for new market launches and special requirements from clients.
- Responsible for screening prospective clients using the World Check system and working closely with the onboarding team and counterparties to onboard clients.
- Create and update system static data(Accounts, Counterparties, and Standard Settlement instruction).
- Communicate with the brokers/service providers and clients on any issues or request.
- Inform the Business/Sales desk of any physical delivery contract.
- Perform client’s margin call/withdrawal if any.
- Implement new software upgrades and project launches with the vendors.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the financial institution, ideally equities, FX management company, private bank, or wealth management company.
- Passed in CMFAS Module 1, 5, 6 & 6A.
- Have a certain knowledge of operation compliance in a financial institution.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.

- Well-versed in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with company accounts and fund accounts.
- Assist to perform regular fund NAV valuation, trade booking, reconciliation, corporate actions, NAV reporting, P/L reporting as well as client reporting.
- Day-to-day administration of the funds and shadow NAV for multiple asset classes, mainly in FX; review breaks with the Fund Administrator.
- Handle month-end closing and management reporting; Manage and review NAV packs and valuations including P&L reports, financial reports, investor allocation and fee calculation.
- Handle cash transfer, payment and receipt of the funds.
- Assist in general operational support not limited to internal and external clients, as well as service providers.
- Ensure all business activities and documentations have adhered to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Fund Administrators on fund subscriptions, transfers, redemptions and various investment reports to investors.
- Work closely with auditors on year-end reporting including audited financial statements and audit packs.
- Liaise with prime brokers, execution brokers, custodians, external auditors and other service providers.
- Liaise with our business support members in other jurisdictions to deliver best quality service to clients.
Qualifications
- Preferable candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial market.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
- Being involved in all aspects of new fund onboarding including coordination of opening of new bank/broker accounts, dealing with legal adviser, understanding legal documents, and supervising data migration from previous administrator (for take on funds only).
- The main contact for the fund stakeholders such as administrators, auditors, legal counsel, authority, brokers, and shareholders.
- Review the Nav calculation prepared by fund accountant to ensure accuracy of the Nav.
- Reading/understanding fund docs such as operating memorandum, subscription agreement, memorandum of association, administration agreement, etc.
- Review financial statements for financial year end.
- Ensure the funds are adhered to regulatory compliance and requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning and review to continuously improve processes and the team’s performance.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.
Managerial tasks
- Experience in managing operational delivery and staff planning.
- Coordinate staff assignments to achieve optimal effectiveness through assessment of business needs and staff skillsets and development needs.
- Manage a team of professionals to accomplish company and personal goals.
- Conduct personnel duties for team (performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Business, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in fund operations/administration.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated SME knowledge in related area.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Able to speak Mandarin would be a plus.
- Experience with Paxus would be an advantage.

- Preparing procedures of fund administration/operation process and ensure to review it on regular basis.
- Provide feedback on the performance of the teams to allow manager to conduct assessment.
- Organize the working day for all the accountants to ensure sufficient resources are available.
- Communicate process changes and issues encountered as and when it happens. Come out with action plan if needed to avoid similar incidents occurring again.
- Conduct 1st level interview for Associates along with manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Business, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in fund operations/administration.
- Demonstrated SME knowledge in related area.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Able to speak Mandarin would be a plus.
- Experience with Paxus would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Being escalation point of junior fund accountant for day-to-day operational matters.
- Preparing Nav calculations for high complexity fund.
- Review accounting package prepared by junior fund accountant.
- Preparing financial statement for financial year end.
- Assist manager in new fund onboarding.
- Assist manager to perform workload planning during staff’s absence like leaves, sickness, and other issues.
- Assist manager to manage daily operations such as disseminating daily work flows to other team members.
- Provide training or job guidance to newcomers (junior).
- Monitor the open items (pending settlement) in the funds on timely manner.
- Ensure to follow procedures, policies, and control consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Business, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fund operations/administration.
- Good understanding of performance fee equalisation process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly asset.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Able to speak Mandarin would be a plus.
- Experience with Paxus would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day fund operations.
- Responsible for the full administration of the potential clients and the key contact points for fund administration.
- Execute fund trading-related orders for clients.
- Prepare fund accounts and related reports to regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate Investor servicing activities, including on-boarding and distributions.
- Liaise with professional bodies, regulatory parties and other stakeholders to ensure business activities have adhered to regulatory compliance and regulations.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in asset management firms, previous experience in serving as a Representative is a must.
- Outstanding numeric and analytical skills.
- Independent, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Being Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
